Lake by day
Hold the boat, collect the waiver, run the trip. Shade, ice, and a realistic end time so they are not still in swimsuits when doors open downtown.

Local timing and venue examples are illustrative. Confirm drive times from your dock. TicketLater is an independent ticket retailer, not a Slipstack product or a way to finance the charter itself.
01 — The split
Hold the boat, collect the waiver, run the trip. Shade, ice, and a realistic end time so they are not still in swimsuits when doors open downtown.
A concert, a game, or a comedy room — whatever is actually happening that weekend and is a sane drive from your marina. You are the local, not Ticketmaster support.
02 — The evening rec
Out-of-town groups underestimate lake-to-downtown time, parking, and how fried they will be after a full sun day. Your note should include a buffer: off the boat, rinse, food, then the venue. If they also want a game, say whether that stadium is realistic the same night as a 2 p.m. charter. Do not pretend every national tour is next to the boat ramp.
When they ask where to look for seats, send them to a category they can actually shop — concert tickets — not a homepage and not a list of every NFL market in America. One link. Their night, their budget, their call.
03 — Operations
If you run late, they miss doors. Build a hard back-to-dock time into the product, not a “we’ll see how it goes.”
You are not a box office. You are a marina with a calendar. The evening is a rec, not a second checkout in Slipstack.
The party on the boat is the party at the show. Keep one email thread so the planner is not forwarding screenshots at 6 p.m.

Put this itinerary in the after-booking email and, in shorter form, on the public things-to-do page. If they ask to “pay later” on the boat itself, that is a deposit and remaining balance conversation — not a ticket checkout.
