You have the party, not a lead form
Names, emails, the boat they liked, the date they survived the sun. That is enough to write like a human.
Operator resource

Follow email and privacy rules for your list. TicketLater is an independent ticket retailer, not a Slipstack product. Do not buy sports traffic and dress it up as hospitality.
01 — Why the list matters
Names, emails, the boat they liked, the date they survived the sun. That is enough to write like a human.
If they found you on a widget, the next search may not be you. A note from the captain is the counter.
Discounting trains them to wait. A good local tip trains them to ask you first next trip.
02 — What to send after they leave
Next-morning: a photo if you have one, lost-and-found, and a real thank you. A week later: “if you are still in Austin” or “when you plan the next lake day.” Include a booking link on your site — not a third party. If the weekend still has a game and they asked about nights out, one sports rec is enough: buy now, pay later sports tickets. Then stop. You are not their ticket broker. You are the people who put them on the water.
03 — Make it a system
01
If the list is only in someone’s phone, you do not own it. It should sit on the reservation the way the waiver does.
02
Last Saturday’s bachelor charter does not want the same note as a family pontoon. You already know the product they bought.
03
Reviews help. A second hold on the calendar pays the note. Offer a link to book again on your site.

Before they arrive, use the after-booking email. On the website, use the weekend visitor playbook. The checkout that keeps the relationship on your Stripe is boat rental booking software.
